Guided by integrity, driven by responsibility

Minerva is proud to be a responsible corporate partner in all of its global business activities. We manage our operations with the highest regard for the wellbeing of people, places and the environment.

We believe the success of a business is determined by more than its bottom line. Conducting our business with integrity, maintaining high ethical standards, and acting with respect for the environment and for all those with whom we work are not just desirable—they are essential.

Governance

Our code of conduct is integral to our business

As part of Mercuria Energy Group, we operate under a code of conduct, with employees expected to adhere to high moral, ethical and legal standards. Our global compliance team ensures that all employees complete the compliance training program.

Minerva’s management team is responsible for fostering and maintaining this culture throughout the organisation, working collaboratively as a governing body to ensure the business operates in line with our six guiding principles.

Conducting our business with integrity, maintaining high ethical standards, and fostering an environment of mutual respect are fundamental to our continued success.

Six guiding principles

1 We comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations

2 We ensure all of our records are accurate

3 We conduct all of our business with integrity
4 We treat all of our employees with respect
5 We are committed to conducting our business in a responsible and ethical manner
6 We protect our reputation at all times
Health, safety & environment

Embedding responsibility into every operation

Our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy and environment for our employees and contractors remains central to our operations, decisions, and procedures.

Minerva operates with the utmost regard for the wellbeing of people, places and the environment. Our activities are managed to the highest environmental, health and safety standards. Prior to acquiring or investing in assets, we conduct HSE due diligence, alongside regular reviews of our existing operations.

Our bunkering fleet is double-hulled, modern and oil-major approved with an average age of less than 10 years. These vessels are optimized for bunkering and operated to the highest standards of maintenance and safety by our in-house fleet management division.

Minerva is committed to environmental sustainability and actively supports the transition towards a more sustainable economy. We trade carbon emissions and include certified biodiesel in our product offering of lower-carbon fuels.

Minerva employs local people to manage and run its facilities wherever possible. This supports both operational effectiveness and the development of sustainable businesses within the communities in which we operate.

Social responsibility

Creating opportunities, strengthening communities

Minerva and its people actively contribute to the communities and environments in which we operate.

We are more than a business—we are part of the communities in which we operate. We support initiatives that create opportunities and contribute to long-term social and environmental value.

This commitment is demonstrated through a range of practical initiatives across our operations and partnerships.

Highlights

Positive impacts in action

LNG dual-fuel tankers

We introduced M/V Amalthea and M/V Titania, a pair of 8,000 DWT LNG dual-fuel bunker tankers in the Port of Singapore, supporting reduced emissions through cleaner fuel flexibility.

Citizen Sea app partnership

We support HUB Ocean’s Citizen Sea initiative, enabling crews to log marine wildlife and pollution sightings, contributing data for ocean conservation.

Carbon-neutral marine fuels

We have launched a carbon offset program where verified carbon credits are retired to match the CO2 emissions of bunker fuel purchases, supported by transparent reporting and certification.

"Our crews are deeply connected to the ocean they work on every day. By logging their observations of marine wildlife and pollution using Citizen Sea, they're helping to build a vital dataset that can drive meaningful change for ocean health."
